This is a 12,000 square foot brick event venue perfect for family reunions, weddings, Christmas parties, quinceaneras, and corporate events.  The entire building is available and includes two banquet rooms; a kitchen; a full basketball court; a theater room for 30; a game room with five arcades, two ping pong tables and two pool tables (plus other games,); a playland for kids; three bathrooms; three televisions; and sound system covering the entire building. There is sleeping in the building for 26 if you wish to spend the night.  There are about 33 parking spots outside that come with the building and several dozen parking spots on the street outside. You get the entire building if you rent it. Use whichever caterer, photographer, and DJ you want.  The building in Layton, Utah only 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City and twenty minutes away from skiing at Wolf Mountain and Snowbasin.  Please call for more information.

Why Choose Layton Event Center?

The Layton Even Center is affordable.  You can rent the entire building for $1,150/evening on the weekends and $850/evening during the week, which is less than half the price of competing event centers around the Valley which are much smaller and have much less to offer.  There are no restrictions at the Layton Event Center on catering, photographers, DJs, or the like.  The facilites include a full-size basketball court, two banquet rooms stocked wtih tables, chairs and linens, a kids playland, a theater room, three bathrooms, sound systems, and more.  Renters must set up the tables and chairs and are reponsible for cleaning up afterward, but can make use of the facility from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm any night it is rented.
