This is a 12,000 square foot event venue perfect for family reunions, weddings, Christmas parties, quinceaneras, and corporate events.  The entire building is available and includes a large banquet room that can accommodate large groups up to 100 guests.  We have tables and chairs for up to 70 guests.  The facility has a large kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, and comes equiped with basic kitchen utencils/pots & pans.  There is a full indoor basketball/volleyball court on the main level.  Upstairs has a theater room for 30, a game room with 2 pool tables, 2 ping pong tables, and a foosball table.  Upstairs also has two bedrooms which each have 6 queen size beds.  The facility sleeps up to 24 adults.  There is adequate floor space for more to sleeping, however no extra bedding is provided.  There are three bathrooms and two showers.  There are parking areas along the North and East side of the building that can accommodate roughly 20-30 cars.  You get the entire building if you rent it. The building is in Layton, Utah just 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City and twenty minutes away from skiing at Wolf Mountain and Snowbasin Resorts.  Please call for more information.

Daily Weekend Rental (Friday & Saturday) $1150 per day

Overnight Rates-- (Sunday-Thursday) Additional $750 per day
